John and Gail Roushar, Kokomo, are celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary.

John and the former Gail Severson were married Nov. 19, 1966, at her parents' house in St. Clair Shores, Mich.

He is in skilled trades at DaimlerChrysler and was in the U.S. Air Force. She is a housewife.

The couple has four children, Jim Roushar, Greentown; Joanne Main and Stephanie Roberson, both of Kokomo; and Roxanne Kinney, who is deceased.

The couple has seven grandchildren, Jennifer and Joleen Allbritton, Heather Shrock, Tiffany and Kellie Main, Brooke Gragg, and Breanne Roberson. They also have one great-grandchild, Austin Main.
