Mr. Royal Worth "RW" Weaver, Jr., 64, of Pacific Dr. SW, Shallotte, and formerly of Chadbourn, died Saturday at Duke University Hospital, Durham.
He was the son of the late Royal Worth and Polly Langston Weaver.
He is survived by a wife, Brenda Edwards Weaver of the home; a daughter, Julie W. Martin and husband Allen of Shallotte; two sons, R.W. Weaver III and wife Julia of Chadbourn and Reuben J. Weaver of Chadbourn; brother, Delmar Weaver and wife Ann of Holly Ridge; a sister, Phyllis Reaves and husband Bobby Dan of Goldsboro; two grandsons, R. Worth Weaver, IVand James M. Weaver.
Visitation will be 7 - 9 p.m. Monday at Worthington Funeral Home in Chadbourn. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Worthington Funeral Home with Rev. L. Thad Prevatte officiating. Interment will follow in Chadbourn Memorial Cemetery.
