FORT WORTH - Franklin H. Sword, 74, an aircraft mechanic, died Wednesday, March 3, 1999, in Fort Worth. He was born July 29, 1924, in Reading, Pa. He retired from the Air Force after 20 years of service.
Survivors: His wife, Mary Sword of Fort Worth; sons, Bruce Sword of Louisiana and Lee Sword of Massachusetts; stepdaughter, Dolores and Donald Ross of Fort Worth; sister, Mary Hawkins of New Jersey; three grandchildren; one niece; and one nephew.
Inurnment: 11 a.m. Thursday, March 11, in Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park.
