Mr. Jack Cannon Sizemore, 51, of 4016 Lubbock Place died Sept. 13, 1991, at Carolinas Medical Center. Funeral is 11 a.m. Monday at Hankins, Whittington & Williams-Dearborn Funeral Home. Burial will be in Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation is 4 to 5:30 p.m. Sunday.
Mr. Sizemore, a Charlotte native, was a darkroom technician for Charlotte's Web Printing Co. A graduate of old Central High School, he attended UCLA, UNC Charlotte and Central Piedmont Community College. He also was an Air Force veteran.
Survivors are his sons, Rusty Sizemore of Raleigh, Michael Sizemore, Scott Sizemore, Andy Sizemore; father, Archie Sizemore; mother, Mrs. Dorothy Holbrooks; brother, Michael Sizemore; four grandchildren.

The family will be at his mother's home, 5930 Amity Place.
