Everett "Bud" Seaman Jr., 66, of Greenwood, Ark. died Saturday, Dec. 23, 2006, in a Fort Smith hospital. He was a retired environmental control manager at Rheem, an Air Force veteran and a Methodist.
He is survived by his wife, Mary; one son and his wife, Jay and Allison Seaman of Greenwood; one daughter, and her husband, Lisa and Kelly Hightower of Greenwood; his mother, Minnie Mae Seaman of Fort smith; two sisters, Barbara Gaithe of Van Buren and Betty Luper and her husband, Dale of Fort Smith; three grandchildren, Jessica Seaman, Jordan Hightower and Jennifer Martin. He was preceded in death by his father, Everett Alton Seaman, Sr.; one sister, Rosemary Chase and one grandchild, Megan Hightower.
Funeral services were Dec. 28, 2006, at Woodlawn Memorial Cemetery Chapel with burial at Woodlawn Memorial Cemetery in Fort Smith under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood.
Pallbearers were Tony Johnson, Kelly Hightower, David Miller, Roy and Sonny Coleman, James Reddick and Tom Wise.
