EASTMAN - Curtis Hilton Peacock, age 76, died Sunday, April 29, 2007. Funeral services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 2, in Southerland Funeral Chapel, Eastman.
Mr. Peacock was a native of Dodge county, a retired twenty year Air Force veteran, former owner & operator of Inglewood Trading Post, and son of the late Nina Lamb Peacock and Ernest W. Peacock.
Survivors: Wife - Gladys Studstill Peacock; daughters - Sherriee Stonecypher (Fairon), Toni Boman (William) and Yvette Stonecypher (Danny Holland); sons - Tyrone Peacock (Sharon); brother - Willard W Peacock (Alice); thirteen grandchildren; and several nieces & nephews.
The family will receive friends in Southerland Funeral Chapel from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 1. The family request to omit all flowers and make contributions to American Cancer Society, 515 Denmark Street- Suite 500 Statesboro, GA 30458.
