Troy Carrol Parsell, 68, Clarksville, died Tuesday, April 18, 2006, at Jennie Stuart Medical Center, Hopkinsville, Ky.
He was born Nov. 20, 1937, in Princeton, West Virginia, son of Cletus Troy Parsell and Easter Dove Parsell.
Mr. Parsell was a retired master sergeant with the U.S. Air Force serving in Vietnam, retired from the U.S. Postal Service and was a Methodist.
Survivors include his wife, Reiko Tacheki Parsell, Clarksville; son, David Parsell (Donna), Raleigh, N.C.; brother, Byron Parsell, Venice, Fla.; and grandchildren, Naomi, Cassie and Jesse Parsell.
Graveside services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Kentucky Veterans West Cemetery, Hopkinsville, with full military honors.
