Lt. Col. Paul Miller, USAF (Ret.)


MILLER, Lt. Col. Paul (retired,) USAF, age 79, of Huber Heights, passed away peacefully Easter Sunday, March 27, 2005, at SpringCreek Nursing & Rehab Center. He was originally from Limestone, TN, and was a graduate of Tuskegee Institute, Tuskegee, AL. His Air Force career ended in 1974 when he retired from Wright Patterson Air Force Base.

Lt. Col. Miller is survived by his wife, Betty, and their four children, Paul Miller, Jr., Lt. Col. Robert Miller and wife Jill, Patricia Miller, and Catherine Miller; grandchildren, Jessica, Jake, and Darren Miller; sisters, Eunice Lee, Dr. Louise Harris, and Thelma (Robert) Hairston; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jake & Nora Gillispie Miller; 3 brothers and 3 sisters.

The family will receive friends at the Marker & Heller Funeral Home, Huber Heights Chapel, 5844 Old Troy Pike Thursday, March 31st from 6-8 p.m.

Funeral services Friday, April 1st at 12:00 noon at the funeral home. Rev. Dr. William Harris officiating.

Interment at Dayton National Cemetery.

If desired memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or The Diabetes Association in Paul's memory. The family would like to thank everyone for their gestures of kindness and love.
