Mr. Walter I. Manning, Jr., a retired USAF veteran, died at home on Tuesday, June 17, 2003. Age 73 years. A resident of Crestview, Fl, for past 5 years.
Survivors are his wife, Dorothy Manning, Crestview, Fl; daughter, Joan Cox, St. Louis, Missouri; son, Walter J. Manning, Arlington, Va; brothers: Leroy Manning, Metairie, La, Thomas Manning, Alexandria, Va, and Richard Manning, New Orleans, La; and 3 grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held on Friday, July 18, 2003 At 2:00 p.m. at the Naval Air Station, Pensacola, Fl.
Interment Barrancas National Cemetery. Whitehurst-Powell Funeral Home, Crestview, Fl, handled the arrangements.
