Born August 14, 1917, in Birmingham, Alabama, and passed away on Feb. 27, 2006 (at Orangevale, CA).
Loving husband to Mary Harper and beloved father of David Harper, Jane Harper, Sally Dinelli, and Vera Weise. Beloved grandfather of Anne Mask and Chris Weise. Also survived by son-in-law Bob Dinelli.
He was a WWII veteran and served the federal government for over 30 years. His family and friends will miss him greatly and cherish his memory forever.
Private burial at Lakeside Memorial Lawn in Folsom, Calif.
