FOX, Jack T., 76 - of Cape May, died Monday in Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital, Cape May Court House.
Mr. Fox was born in West Cape May, and was a lifetime resident of the area. He was a U. S. Air Force veteran, joining in 1947, and serving all over the world for 26 1/2 years, retiring in 1974 as a Senior Master Sergeant. He met his wife Pamela while serving in England. He later lived there for 7 years. He attended Cape May High School. He was a member of the Cape Island Masonic Lodge, Cape May; he was a 32nd degree Mason in Walkill, NY and he was a member of the Lower Township Loyal Order of Moose.
Jack enjoyed his family, fishing, gardening, and being a friend to everyone.
Mr. Fox is survived by his wife of 50 years, Pamela R. (Hornsby) Fox; two daughters, Jackie (and Mark) Prickett, of North Cape May, Rosemary (and Silas) Rombado, North Cape May; 2 sons, Rodney (and Diane) Fox, of Cape May Court House, Patrick (and Carolyn) Fox, of North Cape May, one sister, Florence R. Peck, of Largo, Fl, two brothers, Robert H. Fox, of Elberton, GA, David W. Fox, of Largo, Fl, eight grandchildren, four great grandchildren.
A Memorial Service of Remembrance will be held on Friday at 12 noon in the Sudak-Danaher Funeral Home, 815 Washington St., Cape May. The family will be receiving relatives and friends from 11:30 to noon in the Funeral Home.
