Which Drive-In Is This?

Dick Geier behind his car (with 1959 Arizona plates) at one of the local Drive-Ins that servicemen haunted day and night. I think this one was just outside the West Gate on the west side of S. Slocumb Street...its where they served those HOT hoagies (the sandwich you felt twice, coming and going).

We frequented two others: One with car hops at the sw corner of the intersection of 13 & 70 on the west side of town; and the one called "The Triangle" out in a little northern suburb named Greenleaf at the intersection of 117 & 111. It was owned by a guy named Vern who was a softy and gave his regular customers credit until pay day. Many a night, when midnight chow passes were scarce, we'd head out to The Triangle. Most of the restaurants have moved to the East Gate area now.
