I talked to Mac on the telephone a couple years ago. We exchanged family data and all kinds of things that I have forgotten...phone calls are nice but letters leave a record. He still lives in Connecticut and like me, isn't aging gracefully.

Mac's tour wasn't the best as he lost both of his parents while at Seymour Johnson and Lt. Colonel Thomas had him flown home twice in a T-33.
